PROJECTS
6 Well Drilling Campaign
The project achieved the successful drilling and completion of six wells within the stipulated timeframe, reflecting strong project management, technical proficiency, and operational discipline. A 1500 HP rig was deployed for the drilling campaign, enabling efficient and precise execution across varied subsurface conditions.
This end-to-end development encompassed all key phases—from strategic planning and tendering, through detailed engineering and well design, to flawless execution of field operations. The seamless integration of these elements ensured not only timely delivery but also adherence to high safety and performance standards, contributing significantly to the region’s energy development goals.

Feasibility Study for CCS Project
A detailed study for a CO₂ storage project assessed the injection of 100,000 tonnes annually into a saline aquifer, requiring one injector operating at ~3,000 t/d.
Injection can proceed for 12 years without pressure relief, after which a water producer (approx. 4,000 b/d) is needed to maintain performance.
This highlights the importance of pressure management in long-term CO₂ storage strategies to ensure sustained injection rates.
Globally, to limit severe climate impacts, atmospheric CO₂ levels must be reduced toward 350 ppm through aggressive emission cuts and carbon management.

Project management Consultancy
A complete Project Management Consultancy (PMC) was carried out for two onshore wells, covering all aspects of drilling and completion planning. This included detailed well design, operational scheduling, equipment planning, and risk mitigation strategies—ensuring readiness for safe and efficient execution of both wells.
